Infant/Toddler teacher

TLC for Kids in Sewickley (Ohio Township) is looking for a toddler teacher to join our team. We are located at 1524 Mt Nebo Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and attentive. Pay and Benefits

• Starting at $14.50 an hour and will be based on experience and qualifications

• Full time is 4 - 10 hour days, Part time is 2 or 3 - 10 hour days.

Responsibilities

• Filling in for different classrooms and age groups, teaching toddlers and preschool children arts and crafts, setting up activities, serving meals, changing diapers, light cleaning,
• Be caring and considerate and truly enjoy children.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Have lots of energy and an understanding of child development.
• Be able to multi-task, you may need to take care of 4 or more children at a time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years experience working with children (childcare or babysitting experience)
• Be eligible for childcare clearances.
• Be able to obtain a physical and TB test before working with children.

Open Position

• Hiring full and part-time positions working with infant or toddler age children.
• Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts are Monday through Friday, 7 am - 6 pm
• Compensation starts at $14.50/hour and will be dependent on experience and education.
